Alexandre advises Swiss and foreign financial institutions such as banks, securities firms, fund management companies, asset managers of collective investment schemes, asset managers of individual portfolios, financial advisors, companies active in the offer and marketing of financial products as well as FinTech companies on Swiss financial laws and regulations.
He assists clients in obtaining licences from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), structuring activities in relation with Swiss or foreign collective investment schemes and in obtaining no-action letters (ruling) when the activity falls outside the scope of application of Swiss financial laws and regulations.
